what we do

We have been delivering high-quality drylining and ceiling installations to the construction industry for over 21 years.

Established in 1996, fireclad have grown steadily, building both a strong portfolio and reputation in the industry as the “go to” contractor for many of the leading principal contractors’. With our pro-active and hands-on approach to contracting, we continue to deliver exceptional service and quality on all our projects.

Our director-led teams provide the reassurance and experience that our clients expect from us, leading from the front and fully supporting our site teams allowing them to deliver on expectations.

We work across the sectors including commercial, residential, media, education, leisure and research undertaking multi-million-pound projects as well as bespoke projects – all delivered to the same high quality.

In late 2017, fireclad became part of the Adparo Group, along with sister companies harrisonJorge and custom crafted. The Adparo Group now brings together three dynamic brands under a single umbrella organisation.

community and environment

Caring for both our community and the environment is something we take very seriously. We are committed to developing, advancing and sharing our responsible business and community activities in an ethical manner.

Here at fireclad we like to promote a positive working culture, encouraging our staff to engage with and get involved in our local communities, be that through charitable, volunteering, mentoring or coaching – we’ve got it covered!

Our charitable efforts have seen us raising money for a variety of different causes, some of which we have highlighted.

As well as making a difference in our community, we always look at ways in which we can help to preserve our environment for future generations. Our detailed Environmental Management System (ISO14001:2015) is regularly reviewed to ensure we are doing everything possible to reduce the impact our work has on the planet. We also ensure that we work in an ethical way, and  that filters down through our supply chain.

This means we encourage environmental awareness not only amongst our staff but also tradesmen, operatives, suppliers, contractors and partners through the implementation of company operational procedures. We actively seek ways to minimise construction waste on site, partnering with the main contractors and other trades,  as well as considering carefully our material selection and ensuring we only procure through ethical sources.

quality, health & safety

We do not compromise on quality, health or safety.

We take pride in providing the highest level of health, safety and quality on all of our projects, whatever the size, for all of our clients. Our accreditation to ISO9001:2015 means we constantly evaluate our quality, procedures and processes, rigorously applying them and looking at ways to improve.

We are committed to implementing the highest standards of health & safety practice, in conducting our work activities and general business undertakings.

Our internal Health & Safety League allows us to continually evaluate our standards across all of our projects, implement training and encouraging all staff to ensure health & safety remains at the heart of everything we do. Our efforts are supported by our Achilles Building Confidence Level 5 accreditation, which we work hard to maintain.

We also continue to evaluate and proactively improve our approach to the occupational health and wellbeing of our staff.  With a heavy focus across all our companies on mental health, we have, like many others, implemented Mental Health First Aid training for everyone, as well as putting in place a new Mental Health First Aid Committee & First Aiders to actively support our staff.
