Two Pancras Square is a Grade A office building located on the new Pancras Square. The building is part of a two million sq ft cluster of 12 office buildings south of Regent’s Canal.
The building is designed by international architects Allies and Morrison. It is approximately 129,600sq ft over 9 floors. A typical floor is 15,500sq ft. The south facing gardens and terraces on the top floor will offer views across Central London. The building will meet the BREEAM standard ‘outstanding.
Fireclad has been appointed to carry out the dry lining and ceiling works. Our order value at appointment is £1.45m and the works are to be completed in a 20 week period commencing June 2013. Our scope includes partition walls, shaft wall systems, MF ceilings, SAS System 330, 205 and 600. Additionally we are installing bespoke blind boxes, soffit insulation, fire barriers and fire stopping.
