Fitzroy Place is a development in central London, combining two new sustainable office buildings with residential architecture placed around a freshly created and welcoming landscaped square. It is being constructed by a single developer, Exemplar in a single phase and has been designed to integrate offices and residences.The project’s award-winning architects, Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands and Sheppard Robson, have worked together to produce a masterplan that grows naturally from its surroundings.Centred around the first new square in London W1 for over 100 years, the development encompasses two new state-of-the-art office buildings in addition to some of the most desirable residences. Fireclad has been appointed to carry out the dry lining and ceiling works to three of the residential blocks. Our order value at appointment is £3.1m and the works are to be completed in a 34 week period commencing May 2013. Our scope includes partition walls, shaft wall systems, MF ceilings.
