The building, sits over five levels and covers Moorgate Hall will be a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ office providing 64,000 square feet of accommodation across five storeys in the City of London, directly opposite Moorgate underground station.
Mace will relocate 700 employees, currently located in Camden, Southwark and the City, to Moorgate Hall over the next 12 months as part of a phased programme, bringing together staff, many for the first time, in one environment.
Fireclad carried out the drylining plastering and skirting and acoustic baffles to the main office walls
Within the reception area Fireclad constructed drylined and plastered the curve walls
Fireclad also employed its sister company harrisonjorge to carry out minor toilet modifications to the central core areas
Within the basement area harrisonjorge designed and built Male Female and disabled cyclist shower facility area including the supply and install of a 34 station cyclist rack.
