British Land and GIC are redeveloping and extending this corner building forming part of the Broadgate Estate, situated above Liverpool Street Station.

Covering over 520,000sq.ft. with 90,000sq.ft of the building dedicated to retail, restaurants, cafes and bars, and 433,000sq.ft to offices, the building spans 12 storeys including basement and lower ground floor.

fireclad have been appointed through main contractor Sir Robert McAlpine to undertake the detailed design, supply and installation of the drylining, suspended ceilings and riser doors on this project.

100 Liverpool Street is targeting accreditation of WELL Gold which all sub-contractors are contributing towards. The project topped out in March 2019.
