Providing structured on the job training, study days, guided learning plans and leadership mentoring over a 12-month programme, our trainees undertake planned rotations, along with placements in various roles, projects or operating companies within the Group. Our Annual Prize Giving Breakfast allows us to recognise and reward our trainees who have excelled at both their academic and professional studies.
